"Creativity is the tectonic lifeblood of every successful business." It should be
exercised, visceral and replete within every employee from the boardroom to the front line to continuously strengthen the brand, enhance product value, elevate valuable services, solve problems: create meaningful and profitable ideas. We know, creativity fuels innovation, inspires collaboration, and transforms ordinary ideas into extraordinary results. But did we know all team members should have a seat at the creativity table?

Albeit creativity exercises are equally essential at home. Whether expressed through music, painting, dancing, sports, writing, entrepreneurship, or any other art form, creativity keeps the mind energized, the spirit engaged, and the art of a purposeful life alive. The moment we stop creating, we begin to stagnate, rust and bend to mediocracy. Creativity is not merely something we do, it is an expression of who we are. When creativity ceases, growth slows, passion fades, and a part of our human potential simply stops moving forward. From my humble perspective, once you stop creating, you simply STOP.
