The Old Barracks in Trenton is one of the oldest buildings in the city and one of the few surviving witness structures to Washington's legendary 1776 surprise attack against the Hessian garrison. But the Old Barracks dates back well before the Revolution, first serving as a military quarters in the French & Indian War. Today, you can see all of this history first-hand by visiting this colonial landmark!

The Old Barracks is a living history museum with amazing staff and volunteers who help bring history to life. In this video we talk to several of these amazing folks and find out what they do and why they dedicate their time to telling the story of colonial America. To plan your visit to the Old Barracks Museum or learn about volunteer opportunities here visit them at http://www.oldbarracks.org

We want to thank the entire staff at the Old Barracks for hosting our Trenton wargame and giving us an inside look at what's available on site. We had a blast spending half a day here and highly recommend it as a stop if you're interested in early American history! Have you visited the Old Barracks Museum? What did you think?
