I grew up in my Lola's kitchen in Manila, learning that food is love before I learned it was a career. That belief still guides everything I cook and everything I teach, whether I am leading a hands-on class or hosting your team for a private event.

My cooking spans Filipino, Japanese, Korean, Thai, Cantonese, and Vietnamese cuisines. I serve as Chef Ambassador for Korean Seafood, and I have spent years learning what makes each of these cuisines honest and worth sharing.
