Video by: Princeton Art Impressions - On May 6th 1937, the Hindenburg was photographed by a Princeton University student from the class '37. It was seen flying over Princeton University on its way to Lakehust NJ. This 3x4 foot painting by artist Robert Hummel recaptures the scene in full color inspired from that photograph. For the 80th anniversary of the Hindenburg disaster in 2017, Robert has unveiled his painting called "The last look over Pyne Hall"
