Spencer H. MacCallum is an anthropologist, entrepreneur and grandson of classical liberal theorist and Georgist dissenter Spencer Heath. He is research fellow at the Independent Institute, author of The Art of Community, editor and publisher of the book The Law of the Somalis from Michael van Notten. MacCallum holds a Bachelors in art history from Princeton University and a MA in social anthropology from the University of Washington.
