Emily performs at the 2012 International Festival in Princeton, NJ a tune by contemporary Scottish singer/songwriter, Karine Polwart, as taught to her by another contemporary Scottish artist, Maeve Gilchrist, when they sat down together at Somerset Folk Harp Festival this year./nMaeve is the most amazing person, and an incredible artist - she blends jazz and celtic music together in a way that was very exciting to see, since Emily loves both jazz and celtic music. Before we met Maeve we didn't think those two kinds of music went together. But now we get it, and a whole new world of musical thought is open to us.
