New Jersey celebrates in concert and congress with all of America rejoicing in our 250 years of union. New Jersey was one of the original 13 colonies and a founding state of the United States. It became the third state to ratify the U.S. Constitution on December 18, 1787, and was the first to ratify the Bill of Rights in 1789. The Heart of America 250 was composed, performed and orchestrated inside by Peter Weedfald inside Studio W.
