On October 20th, the Princeton Public Library came alive with innovation and creativity at the “Entrepreneur for a Day” event, hosted by STEAMineers of the Future, a student-led community club in Princeton. Middle school students from schools around the area participated in the fun-filled interactive “Idea Challenge” to showcase their power of imagination and problem-solving talents going through hands-on Design-Thinking Process. Honored by the presence of Princeton Mayor Mr. Mark Freda and keynote speaker Prof. James Howard—renowned entrepreneur and director of the Black Inventors Hall of Fame—this inspiring event celebrated young minds shaping the future of our Community by using STEAM and entrepreneurial skills to solve Real-World Problems. Congratulations to all participants for making this a resounding success!”
