Between 10:00 pm on September 1 and 8:00 am on September 2, the Princeton N.J. police dispatch center received 393 calls. The calls consisted of reports of stranded motorists, trapped motorists, abandoned vehicles with possible trapped occupants, flooded roadways, residents trapped in their flooded homes as well as answering the regular calls for service.
