Jen founded Addition Management LLC in 2003. I have more than 25 years of recruiting experience. I bring a wealth of experience and knowledge that enable us to help clients find the right candidate and place their open positions quickly and efficiently. I graduated from Penn State University with a Bachelors’ degree in Communications and a minor in Business Management and also holds an MBA from Baruch College specializing in Human Resource Management.
