In December 2011, the Hamilton Alliance Against Substance Abuse (HAASA) invited City of Angels NJ, Inc. to talk about its services. Focused on addiction prevention, HAASA offers many programs to Hamilton, NJ schools designed to help prevent substance abuse. COA helps addiction sufferers get and stay clean. In this video, COA Executive Director Joy Tozzi and COA Director of Interventions Tom Clark talk about the organization, then Katie and Amber describe their own recoveries.
