It Didn't Have to Happen.
This collaborative video is the product of Princeton TV, Sustainable Princeton, and the Greater Princeton Area Filmmaker's Group. /nUsing animation and puppetry, viewers follow the path of a plastic bag from what people imagine happens after one throws away a plastic bag to a garbage dump. In the final scene viewers see what happens when the bag interacts with sea life in hopes it inspires people to bring a cloth, reusable bag to the supermarket or anywhere they shop.
