Steve Braun signed a contract to play professional baseball with the Minnesota Twins the month he graduated from HoVal in 1966, and played for them for five seasons.  He also played for the Seattle Mariners, Kansas City Royals, and Toronto Blue Jays.  Steve played with the St. Louis Cardinals when they defeated the Milwaukee Brewers in the 1982 World Series.  He ranks eleventh for major league pinch hits...
