In this edition of the "Conversation With..." video series, Sarah Bavuso, special events manager for Dining Services, answers your questions about the food in Princeton's residential, retail and catering services, as well as questions about sustainability, nutrition and more. Questions should be posted in the comments section with this video or submitted via @Princeton on Twitter. Bavuso will consider questions submitted on Facebook, Google+ and Twitter by Wednesday, Feb. 22, and will answer them in a follow-up video that will appear on Princeton's Facebook and Google+ page in the beginning of March.

Finding the Fresh Princeton Dining Services Flaim Farms
Over half of all food purchased by Dining Services is produced locally, within 250 miles of the University, including produce, baked goods, cheese, milk, beef, pork, poultry and eggs. Check out the Google Map to learn about our local food purchases. This video produced by a PEI summer intern is about one local farm.

1938 Princeton Military Battery&Service Units onCampus
1938-1943 From the Princeton University Archives: Silent movie, opening with an ROTC training camp with social, informal, and formal scenes, including a medical checkup (1:01), mess (4:05), drills (5:29 and 14:58), and artillery practice (7:48). This is followed by marching scenes of military service units on campus (17:27). Princeton University housed many different training schools during WWII, including the Army Specialized Training Program (A-12) and the Navy and Marine Corps (V-12).
